Found the image,   I saw someone behind me,, turned around and said hello.  (he was only a few feet behind me).    took my five images (yes he is in all 5)  After I was done I folded up my tripod and turned around and noticed he was no longer there.     He was not on the other patio as you can see on the reflection it shows him on the other side of the patio wall in the grass area and not on the other patio behind me either.  ( I would of noticed that).
